Separate into teams.  Then select a team name. 

Take all the completed travel-logs and place them in a box. 

Each team chooses a ‘reader’ who will stand in the front of the room and will randomly pick a sheet out of the box to read from. 

Saying one sentence at a time, the student reader will state some facts on the fact sheet about the country – sentences like: “I have a population of… (waits and then continues) “I am bordered by (one of the border countries)” “The main language spoken is …” etcetera.  Your team members can confer and when you think you know it, PRESS the ‘buzzer’!

If you do have the correct answer, you get a point, and get to choose a student from your own team to read the next question (the other student will return to their team). 

If you do not choose the correct country, the questions resume for the other teams and your team sits out the rest of the round. 

The teacher will be the referee and judge.
