A dream is only a dream unless there is a plan and course of action laid out to see it through.  This is no different.  If I want my students to have every possible opportunity to thrive, grow, learn and become integreal and positive influences on the world around them, there must be a safe, nurturing environment surrounding them. I have developed this plan as a start towards that end.  This plan is fluid; ever-changing and ever broadending to include new ideas and understandings.  With a comprensive plan in place I will be prepared to handle many of the expected, and unexpected issues that may arise in my classroom or outside my classroom that ultimately affect my students and school community.  A comprehensive plan will provide me with rational and tangible explanations of why I do, say, think and feel the ways that I do.  A comprehensive plan allows a transparent view into the world that is my classroom.
